NATIONWIDE FAST SHIPMENT!
Express 1-3 business days (available in most regions). Depending on your location, you can receive your package as fast as the next business day/overnight shipment, delivered before 7 p.m.! Our courier of choice is exclusively delivered by Purolator Express or Canada Post Xpresspost.
Our delivery cut off time is at 3:30 p.m. EST. To guarantee same day dispatch, please place your order before 3:30 p.m. EST.
- All orders placed before 3:30 p.m. EST Monday to Friday will be delivered next 1-3 business days. (Exceptions apply to certain regions).
- All orders placed after 3:30 p.m. EST on Friday will be dispatched the following business day.
- All orders placed with express by 12 p.m. EST is subject to delays and availability.
Tracking Your Package
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment tracking number with a hyperlink to the shipping courier’s website to track the status of your order. You can reach out to us if you need help tracking your order.
Important Shipping Information
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Although we have systems in place to help standardize shipping addresses, if applicable, be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number is included. Incomplete address information may delay the delivery time of your order. We are not held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to misinformation. Please contact us for assistance with if you require address correcting on your order.

Dispatch estimates note to indicate when the item(s) will be dispatched from our warehouse for delivery. The items on your order will be dispatched as soon as they become available.
For example, items that show 'Dispatch Estimated Time' are estimated to be dispatched for delivery from our warehouse.
Delivery estimates with tracking number sent to your email indicate when the item will be delivered to your address after it is dispatched. You can find your delivery estimate on your Order Confirmation email and online by visiting the courier that was selected for your items.

International Shipment: Flat rate Shipping estimated $40.00 - $120.00 Vary on destinations.
- All orders placed before 3:30 pm EST Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
- All orders placed after 3:30 pm EST or weekends/holiday will dispatch on the next business.
- All shipments outside of Canada do not qualify for free shipping.
Please note: As per agreement on our terms and conditions when checking out with all GLE® products, international buyers (Except US) are ultimately liable for any duties and taxes assessed on the shipment. If the recipient refuses the package or the recipient or third party refuses to pay for duties and taxes, the package will with-held at courier warehouse for seven business days and will return to the Golden Lush Extensions return department store.
