Please read these terms and conditions carefully as it governs the relationship between you and us and limits our liability to you when you purchase products from us. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are forming a contract with us and agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below. References to “you” and “your” are to you as an individual. References to “us,” “our” and “we” are to www.goldenlushextensions.com.
All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery time and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays. Golden Lush Extensions Inc. is entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by emailing you or else by calling you.
No order you place shall be deemed to be accepted by us until we have received payment from you and issued a confirmation of the order.
You must ensure that the terms of your order, including the address for delivery, are complete and accurate.
We shall endeavor that all orders are met within the time period estimated. Packages are dispatched within 2 hours of your order being confirmed.
We shall not be held responsible for any delays encountered by the delivery courier or should you not be at home to receive your order nor collect from the courier within the designated timescale.
We shall not be held responsible for the package with signature NOT require. If your delivery requires a signature, and you miss the delivery, the parcel will be returned to Purolator/Canada Post retail store nearest to your location.
NSR: If it's safe to leave the package unattended at the delivery location, you may request No Signature Required (NSR) by leaving blank in the comments or designate where the package can be left. If you choose NSR (No Signature Require) by leaving no request for your comments, and your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged, Golden Lush Extensions and the Courier will not be held responsible. Please make sure you indicate signature require held accountable for lost, stolen and damaged. Couriers are given less time to deliver NSR packages and will not try neighbors, or follow instructions that require them to do anything except leave the package without contact.
RS: Orders over $300 value may subject to require a signature when being delivered for 100% secure and buyer protection. We will not hold responsible for no signature required (NRS) when parcel had successfully delivered as shown on your tracking number. Once an order has been placed by you and accepted by us, you have 1 hour to contact us to make a cancellation.
Delivery of the products shall take place at the delivery address contained in your order. Your billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
An example where the non-eligible address may be affected: You requested the item to the shipping address which is not on the billing address on the “Transaction Details” page. If the item ship to different address (for example, you send to another address on the basis that it is a “work address” or a “gift address”), then you will not be eligible for buyers Protection. During the transit where package went missing/lost/stolen or damage, you will not be covered and the case will be closed.
Any dates or times specified by us for delivery of the products are intended to be estimated only and time of delivery shall not be of the essence, and shall not be made of the essence by notice.
Please note: If your order has been placed before our closing time and the package can not leave the facility same day due to weather condition. Golden Lush Extensions will delay one business day.
We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions.
All colors are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor. We do not guarantee the availability of any item.
Hair extensions are a natural product and issues can occur from time to time, however, if the correct steps are followed (aftercare etc.), and the hair is deemed faulty after testing by us. We will offer replacement hair in this instance but will not offer any form of refund for products or fitting charges incurred. Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on The Website but are subject to alteration.
Important note**: Online/in-store price may subject to change without notice as we quote all prices by hair productions cost.
If for any reason your customer refuses to accept delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion, charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivers fee to another address nominated by you.
Golden Lush Extensions Inc. cannot be responsible in anyway how the buyer used or treats hair extensions or any other product. This includes incorrect application, damage from perming, dying, cutting and removal. Recommendation: All Tape/Weft/Fusion hair extensions are required to use Golden Lush Extensions unique Hair tools/hair care products designed to safe, secure removal/install the extensions for fast and easy.
Before contacting Golden Lush Extensions to report a lost order or late delivery, please follow this steps below:
1) Have you checked on the status of your order Purolator/Canada Post Tracking system/number?
2) Has it been over 48 hours since your order dispatched (see our Terms and Conditions of Sale
3) Have you contacted your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you?
If orders have been processed or dispatched, your order can not be canceled. Cancellations can only be changed while in the processing stage and contact us within one hour before dispatched.
You must select your shipment options when completing checkout. Golden Lush Extensions offers two options for your delivery time. Express 1-2 business and Express one business days by 12 p.m. As we promised to have your order dispatch on the same business days cut off time at 3:30 p.m. ET. The package may/may not arrive on time accordingly due to weather conditions, missed transit, or transit delay. Package out of Golden Lush Extensions facility has no control over our contract courier. We will try our best to ensure your packages arrive on time.
For all tools/accessories order/attached, package may not arrive overnight and may cause a delay due to changed courier. Due to air regulation, it may have to take ground shipment which takes 1-2 business days delay.
Customers with PO Boxes are not able to use our overnight shipment and may be delayed due to the rural route. Those packages will be shipped directly through Canada Post. By accepting our terms and conditions, you have reviewed our terms and conditions policy before submitting your orders.
CAN MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES BE DIFFERENT?
Yes, your billing address can be different from your shipping address. However, your billing address MUST MATCH the address associated with the credit card that you are using to complete your purchase with full coverage, such as lost/stolen and damage during transit/delivery. We want to ensure the package arrives in safely and securely.
During your checkout process in PayPal link, you will first be asked to enter the shipping address, which corresponds to the location to which you want your purchase delivered.
During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your billing address. The billing address can be different from the shipping address. However, your billing address must match the address associated with the credit card that you are using to complete your purchase for full coverage.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order/color did not match, we do offer an exchange/refund policy. If you are returning or exchanging our aftercare products, they must not be opened or must be in their original packing as must all of our products. Hair Extensions must be unused. If you have used them, we are unable to accept these back due to hygiene reasons. If you opened the bundle and had not used the hair, it is 100% non-refundable and exchangeable. All sales items are non-returnable or refundable to purchases in-store or online.
Open cases for ALL matters will be opened for 14 business days. Once a confirmation is given and agreed on both parties, items must be returned within the 10 business days. This will allow the extra time for you to return your item.

All offers on The Website are subject to stock availability, and Golden Lush Extensions reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time. If any order is incorrect, it must be notified to us within 7 (seven) days after delivery. Our store accepts all return within 21 days without authorization. May the items have any sorts of the defect such as dryness/tangled/unmanageable.
We facilitate returns within a 30-day trial period commencing from the date of item receipt. It is imperative, however, to initiate this process by contacting us to obtain the requisite authorization.
In instances where incorrect orders have been dispatched, we request the return of the items to our facility for exchange. The expenses associated with redelivery of the correct order will be borne by us.
Please be advised that Golden Lush Extensions reserves the prerogative to decline return requests for items received beyond the 30-day timeframe from the date of purchase. Should you require any clarifications or have inquiries, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service department for prompt assistance.
All returned goods must be in saleable condition, and the hair products must not have been used or handled, example; packets opened, brushed, worn, labels removed, etc., for health and hygiene reasons. Hair returned for exchange must not have been removed from the cardboard for hygiene purposes.
Refunds will be considered on an individual basis and only in case the product has not been opened, used or handled and a replacement cannot be provided (product discontinued or out of stock). Your full refund will reverse to the same tender as your purchased transactions after full inspections when items arrive at our facility. All shipping fees are non-refundable and that we strongly advised that you reviewed our terms and conditions before you complete checkout agreement. Your return mailing fee may compensate if errors are ours.
The products returned to us, become our property. We shall not be liable for any damages, costs, losses (including without limitation pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, interruptions to business, depletion of goodwill or reputation, and/or loss of commission), claims or liabilities, whether direct, indirect or consequential, incurred by you due to our inability to replace the products.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and should for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product please notify us immediately and return the product to us for exchange in its original packaging.
PICK-UP FROM OUR STORE
Golden Lush Extensions provide you more options if you wish to pick up your products or have it delivered to your door via Purolator/Canada Post. You had complete your checkout by selecting “Pick up from G.L.E. store free of charge. Once you're already purchased, select Pick up from G.L.E. store at Checkout. If you would like to change to shipment option. It is not too late; please inform our team by calling the store or by email.
If you would like someone else to pick up your items, please inform our team indicating on your order status, “Someone else will pick up these items.” To pick up your items at Golden Lush retail store, you will need to bring the order ID number and a valid government-issued photo ID. If you have designated an alternative pickup contact, they will need to bring the order ID number and a valid government-issued photo ID.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are following the laws of the Province of Ontario and are exclusive of its choice of law rules. The courts in Ontario have the sole jurisdiction and venue of any legal proceedings.
If a court of law holds any of these provisions, or another tribunal with competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, these provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary.
TERMINATION. In addition to Golden Lush Extensions may have, Golden Lush Extensions Inc may terminate accounts with immediate effect upon written notice to Buyer, if Buyer: (i) fails to pay any amount/invoice when due under the invoice pre-order Agreement, threatens and/or verbal abused with any of our team members. Violation of our terms and conditions. (ii) has not otherwise performed or complied with any of these Terms, in whole or in part; or (iii) becomes insolvent of scams or fraudulent.
